But forcing yourself to change your diet, sleep and physical activity levels is the much better option than skipping on this high comfort low effort life. Think about it. You could be reincarnated as any conscious organism in this dog eat dog universe. It's very spooky so try to enjoy your time on Earth to the max while you have it. Let go of societal expectations and do what you want while being a nice person.
