Is the pump artificial?
How much ETH is a RPL worth?
What are the competitors?

Doubt the pump is artificial, everything to-do with staking can create intense hype. There is the risk that it could go down again if ETH staking is shifted to 2021 though.

Biggest competitor we know of is probably LinkPool, but there will be lots more

Lots of calculations put the value of RPL to be right around .1. This assumes normal network utilization and around a 10% staking fee. That fee could be higher or lower, the network utilization could be higher or lower. If this is accurate, though, RPL still should roughly 8X from here.
