I can already hear the cries around the dinner table during the 4th Industrial Revolution.

"You're going to have to share your slice of bread with you sister, Jimmy. Your father was disintermediated today"

i can't help but shake the feeling that these oracle guys are just trying to ride the chainlink brand because their company name is oracle. fernando gave off a really scammy vibe, and i started seeing this guy ian keene after fernando's "accelerator" or whatever turned into a farce (gravel coin). bullish on chainlink but my impression is that whatever we see from oracle is just tryhard hype.

Narrative jumps sold the last bubble and the one before that. Peer to peer trustless ledger. Now with macros. Now with oracles. Eat less onions.

You should listen to his presentation from earlier today.
Neither he nor Fernando actually had anything to do with Chainlink actually being integrated.
Keane heard about Chainlink during his crypto education, and he heard about it again within Oracle via the Fernando thing, but the integration itself was out of their hands. Pic related.

that screencap in my second post is from the presentation video (i think).
he seems to be doing a great job marketing chainlink to normies and nulinkies, which is fine, but i dunno if the info he drops is anything to be excited about if you already follow the project. maybe i'm just soured after fernando though. i'll keep listening to the presentation but my apathy to this guy is growing fast

Buddy, most of his presentation was philosophy and general tech insights.

Those 8s have been witnessed and checked. This is what real world adoption is going to be like. It will come fast once a single company goes in.... are you ready anons?

Do you guys realize what this actually means? "5-10 years" is not a joke, not even a slight exaggeration. We aren't going to violently moon to $100 just because staking gets announced, it is going to be a slow excruciating climb for the next FORTY FUCKING MONTHS before this rube-goldberg contract machine is ready for production.

So basically, wait three more years for dev and hope network effects kick AFTER that. I don't think anyone with any dev experience would disagree that ChainLink has essentially created a blue for a technology that while necessary, could EASILY be duplicated by an institutional tech firm with 1000x the man power as our little ethereum token project.

It's been fun guys. Really.

The best part about this is that we're probably going to have another year or so of this shit happening and nolinkers still refusing to accumulate before the price moves.
