That's hella illegal in most places because of money laundering concerns. Also, any exchange doing that probably wouldn't survive long as credit card/ bank transactions and transfers can be reversed but crypto ones generally can't be so they'd be very easy to scam and would have no recourse as they don't know who the hell you are.
