What Robinhood does is offering Pre-Market trading a whole 30 minutes before market opening.

What Webull does is offering premarket trading 5 1/2 hours before market open.

Anyone who does legit trading/investing refers to 9AM as "RH hour" for all the bad plays to be made.

I mostly use Robinhood, but I still have like 10% of my portfolio in Webull. I don't like that you have to wait for cash to settle in Webull, it makes it harder for us swingies. The times are obviously far better, but I need to be able to use my cash again asap. What brokerages have good times, no commission, and let you use your cash before it settles?
