As long as the human population is growing, tomatoes are getting scarcier every year. According to stock to flow calculations, one tomato will be $100 in 2023 (after the 3rd great tomato halving).
We know that today, only 30% of the population is able to hold 1 tomato, and only 80% of the US millionnaires will be able to hold a bag of tomatoes in 2027.

This is a monetary revolution because with the lightining vegetable, we will all pay our groceries with tomatoes in the future.
