The main benifit of crypto is not relying on financial institutions to handle your transactions, it's like cash for the internet, you can pay someone directly. Youre getting a ton of retard tier answers. To answer your question OP, the TX is pending because you did not pay enough gas. There should be an option that says 'Speed Up This Transaction"... click that and increase the TX gas limit. If a really long period of time has passed, you should get an option to "Cancel", which will essentially send a 0.00 ETH transfer to yourself using the same nonce as your stuck TX, just be sure to set a reasonable gas limit. Metamask literally tells you the estimated processing time based on your gas limit.

Alright so i was having this problem too. What i did to fix this was.

1. Open MyEtherWallet then unlock your wallet https://www.myetherwallet.com/
2. Click the "contract" tab on the left hand side of the page and select "interact with contract"
3. Paste "0x2a0c0dbecc7e4d658f48e01e3fa353f44050c208" on the contract address field (remove "'s)
4. Go to https://etherscan.io/address/0x2a0c0dbecc7e4d658f48e01e3fa353f44050c208#code and click the 2nd button on the contract ABI field to copy the ABI code
5. Paste the ABI code on MEW's ABI/JSON interface field.
6. Select "continue"
7. Click "select an item" and choose "depositToken" on the dropdown.
8. Enter the tokens contract address on the tokens contract address field.
9. Enter the approved amount of tokens from your approval TX on the "amount" field.
10. Click write.

Download the MyCryptoWallet desktop app. Import your private etherum key from atomic wallet.You can find this in the settings of atomic wallet. Send a transaction from MyCryptoWallet with a higher gas price, but make sure you change the nonce value to the same one as the pending transaction. You can find the nonce when you look up the transaction on myetherscan. This should drop the old pending transaction and replace it with the new one with a higher gas fee. You should probably create a new ether wallet afterwards and move all your ether/erc tokens to it just to be safe since your private key was potentially exposed
