I actually had my nose broken getting into many fights when I was a young teenager and girls despised me most of my life because I looked like hell, then I got an inheritance and decided to get a nose job from a good doctor. Everything changed. Women were literally falling over one another wanting to be with me. I even banged one girl within hours of meeting her. It boosted my ability to get girls like by 10x. It's literally amazing how superficial women are. So, I would suggest getting it but go out of your way to investing a really high quality doctor. You don't want to go cheap when it comes to rearranging the center of your face. Also, don't ask for any dramatic changes, just keep it simple.

It has a pronounced ridge, but much higher up the nose. My nose bump is the least of my worries lol
I've thought about getting it straightened out to help me breathe better through both nostrils, maybe insurance would cover that
But I don't want my nose changed, it is what it is.

It should be noted there is a reason the nose has a bump close to the top. Strength. As the man said it is easy to get a nose broken without much problem. Weaken this area and let's just say don't plan on injuring that area, because bone fragments can pierce into the brain cavities.

This is wrong. It wasn't a lot of money that I inherited, only like $20,000, nothing ridiculous and those women didn't know anything about it anyway.
Most of them I barely knew. I was getting laid left and right back then, it was easy as hell. I was drinking all the time and hanging out and meeting new people. That was what was the whole point, I could just meet women I barely knew and they would be smiling back at me whereas before they would be sort of ignoring me and if I tried to talk to them they would act like I was bothering them, after the nose job it was the opposite. I've even had girls sort of fight one another to be with me. I'm absolutely certain it was the nose job that changed everything.

He's actually wrong though. And I even got a pretty big inheritance later on of a 1/2 million dollar apartment and literally no women gave a shit. They didn't seem attracted by it at all.
