The thing is, the ETH in the origin address LEAVES THE ACCOUNT! That means the coin isn't backed nor is there an open market for it. At least if the ETH stayed at the origin address you could make the argument that your token is funded by the ETH behind it but you'd have to limit the minting as well. HEX is a sucker play.

It could cycle through exchanges and legitimately be reinvested by someone else. Or Richard could use some of it to reinvest. Nobody will ultimately know.
