I'd like to live in the US someday so I'd choose one of the states with no (or low) income or capital gains tax. Preferably one of the southern states with more economic freedom and gun rights.

But anyone with a brain knows that the US is headed to collapse (though not as soon as the EU). So it wouldn't be wise to live there all the year, especially once Trump leaves the presidency in 2024 or earlier.
