So after the economy fully reopens and the housing market collapses, is it going to be in favor of people looking to buy houses/land or against?
Assuming great credit and a sizeable down payment of course.

Sounds good, I plan to buy land first personally and build a house on it and try to get an allodial title, don't know how land prices will be affected though.
And what's stopping Chang and the Saudis from scooping up all the cheap houses and leaving them purposefully empty? I hate that there are no nativist laws that prevent shit like this from happening.
