Why are they tradable?

Bitcoin has value because you can move money around without a bank involved. Chainlink is a network that pulls in data from sources outside of the blockchain and allows it to be used by smart contracts. The LINK token has value as long as the network is being used and the smart contract industry keeps growing. So far chainlink is the industry standard oracle network and smart contracts have been getting more attention from business.
