Not about a buyer, but since this is a general, here is my question.

>Me: Euro seller, selling on ebay.com.
>No international visibility (selling only to US)
>Have 1000+ listings up at all times
>Have Ebay store, medium size, should be $0.10 insertion fee for every new listing over from listing 1001
>mfw being charged $0.13 for new listings
>mfw Ebay does not itemize the fee, nor give me a decent support contact

I would accept $0.115 listing fee (standard fee plus 15% Luxemburg VAT) but why the hell am I being charged 30% above what my US competition are being charged? No European country has 30% VAT.
