You know people who say, "silver is just a stupid boomer rock." couldn't be more wrong.
Silver has plenty of uses.

For example I can my cookware out of silver that is superior to any other cookware on the planet.
Silver will never go down in price and only go up as the world needs to replace all their cookware with the most efficient medium.

I've been getting weird on craftsmanship and found a copper cookware craftsman who also made silver stuff with a little marketing gimmick haha

Craftsmanship is going to be the new big idea because so many craftsmen have gotten old and their methods are being lost and are in higher demand.
Also look at the economies of scale breaking down with low quality items and crazy supply chains.
Also look at how cheap circuit boards and data points are getting to record.

Also for 200k would you want a gay car or a one of a kind living space?
