Why? If you're a sole proprietor of a small business you can get by with a handful of clients. those people run their own businesses and contract others to do their marketing, design, or whatever. A whole network of very small businesses doing b2b for one another. plebs who can't or don't want personal autonomy can work at Amazon in the wage cage.
