I REALLY want to concentrate but its my retarded peripheral vision which keeps distracting me and prevents me from focusing on just my screen. Are there any specs I can wear which blocks my peripheral vision?

Like seriously, how do wagecucks put up with this for 40 years before retiring? I feel like killing myself everyday.
