Explain more son. Want to hear your strategy if they don't. Buy bsv or wait after it drops?

Probability.
Mining bitcoin is like throwing the dice every millisecond.
But in our example were just going to throw dice every minute.
What is the chance that if you throw a tensided dice every minute you'll get 15 ones in an hour?
Its about 7 in 10000 goes.
https://calculators.io/dice-probability/
So every 2 months this happens.
Usually people dont make a fuss about it.

increasing from 6 to 16 would require more than double the hashrate, son

It's really nothing
If there is no major increase in hash rate it is REALLY nothing and something that happened by chance
If there is a major increase in hash rate it just means more miners are coming online and the difficulty will retarget to compensate for the additional hash rate in due time.
If, on the infinitely small chance that it is something?
I would go all in on CKB right now, other wise you are probably good with just a small bag to compliment any BTC position

I guess it’s possible someone is testing powerful new miners (or a pool) and the current difficulty level is too easy for them.

Miners are leaving btc because they won't make profit after the halving.

Simple economics, they will go to where profit is.
