I lost my job
I lost lots of my savings
I lost GF
My plan to move countries in May i was planning for over a year was ripped away from me.
I'm about to lose my independence and forced to move in with parents
Everything i had worked towards...

All to keep some 80 year olds alive a couple years longer. Half the deaths happen in care homes, which the average stay is less than 3 years...

I really am broken as a human.Why did the governmetns throw non boomers under the bus...

How?
I was forced to spend my savings to survive. half is gone
My GF moved home to a different country around 1 month before it happened and i was due to catch up in May. Now no countries allow any visas pretty much anywhere.
No point continuing the relationship so i had to end it.
I have to move in with parents or live on streets due to no income anymore. My employment fell into one of the many loopholes here in the UK meaning i get no support..

This is really fucked up.. and all to keep old people a couple years more of life...
And the younger working people will not only feel the worst effects... but have to pay for it all with our tax money while the boomers are retired and wont have to.

The economy is not going to do well after this too... its only going to be harder going forward.

would have earned a lot if i had not lost my job end of march, and was due to get a bonus for the year of 2 months wages in april, but lost job.

and i was gonna cash out an investment in btc if needed which i don't consider "savings"

I went on a bike ride today and I noticed that all the parks were filled with young people socializing. No social distancing. People are sick of this bullshit. wasn't a permanent job but this virus meme has pretty much fucked up ever bit of momentum i had gathered to change my life.
