I sold at a loss today. When I looked over the performance of the stock, dividend hasn't been raised since 2014, and the fact BVB basically lied to the shareholders that they weren't going to cut the dividend in January and March was shameful especially since so many pension funds use them for their pensioners.

My final straw was the conference call where they admitted they basically going full Dutch and want to be carbon neutral by 2050. The current BOD is turning the company from a supermajority mixed with some green assets to a full on green utility thats going to eat ass in the future. I hope that they fail.
