I have been in this same situation before, pay back the Jew anon. Then take anywhere from half to all of what was your monthly payment and invest in crypto (can't tell you which coins to buy because I suck at this shit). The added investment, or extra few dollars a month (whichever you choose) will definitely make you feel better about paying off your debts.
