Sinking ships. Oil isnt being produced how is the company plan on making money for the next year?

They will recover just fine. Oil isn't going to stay down forever you dumb cuck. The problem is demand couldnt keep up with supply that's why the prices are low and some of Halliburtons operations are halted for a variety of temporary factors. Domestic oil isn't in demand either which is why MRO is down. They are both extremely powerful companies that can get away with murder and both will fully recover before EOY

Oil will reach $100 per barrel by June, and will hit $200 by eoy.
Most companies are already hedged at $65 per barrel, meaning the oil they have already 'sold' oil at that price. Doesn't matter if market price is $1 $10 or $-10, the oil they have WILL be sold at $65 aka they're making money.

You have to be a special kind of retard to think oil prices are just going to stay down for good because of a pandemic. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is kindergarten level rationale, no?

Furthermore all lockdowns are starting to be lifted, there is already evidence that the coronavirus epidemic is nothing more than another strain of the flu (0.01 mortality rate with healthy individuals), it's just more infectious meaning it hits old and deformed people much more intensely.
The only people (aka rich wall street folk) who want to keep the markets closed are the same ones who make money off buying low and shorting the market.
Warren Buffett already conceded that the Dow might break ATH by summer (aka he has insider info that this will happen)

Yes. Also fuel cuts will cause oil shortages when the economy opens back up. The fact that people will be weary of public and mass transit means they will use ride sharing, cars and other smaller means of transportation much more. This will cause fuel demands to skyrocket, causing likely oil shortages and price hiking.
iirc buses and trams are 20x more fuel efficient than individual cars
