Something along the lines of high IQ does not guarantee success, which is true, but disregards the statistical correlation. He also totally ignores that low IQ very neatly predicts poor life outcome. He probably just purposely tosses the topic out because every one who speaks the truth about it gets destroyed (like Nobel Prize winner James Watson, who discovered the double helix, who was too autistic even at 80 to not say the blacks have lower IQ because of genetics).
