from their investor relations firm - clearly they are working on something huge - building prototypes for Amazon perhaps? There's a few things they could be working with actually... if you take a look at it they have 3 strong areas that would be of interest to someone like Amazon -

1. ) Proprietary drone mapping technology: ParkView and HempOverView- more fine-tuned thermal imaging for drone landing, identification of specific landing spots or spotting of people / objects.

2.) Proprietary building techniques or materials? Possibly, the owner has experience compositing lightweight and durable materials.

3.) Amazon is expanding into agriculture? The climate is more and more shifting towards direct farm-to-consumer sales and that is becoming a very lucrative option for farmers. This could also play with their Wholefoods offerings and business, getting into straight agriculture is not that far from the realm of possibilities.
