Pro se is not an option for you against big pharma. Find a good plaintiffs attorney firm if you have a case they'll take it. Tons of firms out there, one will take it

ive tried probably a dozen and no one will take it. big reason is because i happened to take the generic version. there is a law protecting generic drug manufacturers.
