Can I just take an MBTI and pick the most positive stuff from the result, but write it so that it's not obvious that I took it from that test?

Also, a job application process took me through a test and gave me IQ, speed, and personality results, can I pull positive stuff out of that one too or will all this be too obvious?

Shamelss selfbump.

Is this your first job? Are you applying to some minimum wagecuck position?

First real job.
Applying for jobs that an unexperienced master in scm can get.

Shameless selfbump again.

What fucking minimum wage job requires an IQ test and a MBTI test?

Just put the standard bullshit about all the stuff you did in school.

If you are trying to describe your personality to them on your job application or resume you're doing it wrong.

It wasn't an MBTI, it was an ACE (Adjustable Competence Evaluation) and MPA (Master Person Analysis). ACE evaluates my ability to think logically and analytically and how fast I do it, MPA describes my preferred behaviour at work. So it's kind of IQ and MBTI.
Median wage, btw.

Have it.
>If you are trying to describe your personality to them on your job application or resume you're doing it wrong.
But they want the bullshit about "hard-working, analytic, extroverted and social, center of attention, able to persuade others" etc etc etc. What did you put in your application?

I put in accomplishments. This goes back to the old adage of show, don't tell.

But I need to convince them that I am capable of doing the job.
