I have a wageslave NIGHTSHIFT job that my whole life revolves around. I have no social life or normality. Just found out most of my old highschool acquaintances have "proper jobs", physically fit, most have gf/bfs and are going places. I'm 24 how do I catch up? I spend my two nights off a week on 4chan and masterbation. I don't have any free time on work days. I earn £16k.
