These 5 seem to be competing for the same "anonymity" niche.
Which one do you think will win?
Bytecoin
ShadowCash
Dash
Zcash
Monero

Monero or PIVX

PIVX is a bigger scam than Dash. It's PoS for ffs. That's just on top of the rest of Dash's brokenness.

Monero will win, hands down. It's on AlphaBay, ransomware is appearing with payment in xmr, top Bitcoiners use xmr.to instead of tumblers.

Interesting, do you have any research you'd like to share, not trolling just looking to be educated on the matter,

Isn't ethereum going proof of stake?

Yes. PoS is an attempt at perpetual motion and eth will never amount to anything but at least there was a period where coins were distributed by PoW and the ico. PIVX has just come out of no where with no apparent ico and straight to PoS. Who has the coins? The coin is branding itself as dash without the instamine but it seems to just be a straight up pre-mine. Dash is shit technology anyway so it's very obvious to me that PiVX is a scam.

Here's a good link about PoW vs PoS

This is a good link
https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/5zgail/rmonero_newcomers_please_read_everything_you_need/
and there's a collection of resources at Monero.how

That plus the above link about PoS and the rest of the truthcoin blog posts if that stuff interests you.

Even your article and its author are not claiming PoS is a perpetual motion machine or anything of this sort, just that its "waste" is of a different kind.
Look at the comments where the author responds to criticism.

Your post is like posting about that Microsoft intel alliance around etherium without mentioning that they will be using their own internal currencies.

Monero is my bet

My main point is that PIVX can't possibly have a better distribution than Dash if it's gone straight to PoS.

When I say perpetual motion I mean you're not getting free energy savings. The way Ethereum is going about the switch to PoS as well as the handling of the DAO, the actual PoS itself is not my main problem with Ethereum.

There was once a time where PIVX was Proof of Work (POW). That however has ended and now the coin is an POS state.

It seems you haven't done your research anon.
