I have 9k in savings sitting in a high yield savings account earning about 1.5% in interest, not even fully offsetting inflation. Should i go all in in ethereum with 2.0 launching in july? Would this be a big brain or a brainlet move? I know you will shoot me straight biz.

>1.5%
>high yield

lol gotta love banks.
if i was you, i would go all in on HEX
got a chance to turn it into a million

Why would anyone do that? That’s boomer tier shit, not even gains

You could literally put your money into AMPLEFORTH and make 3% a day. KYS normie

>> No.18707360

Yes OP, I say its very much worth it. I think theres still time to accumulate. People talk about only needing 32 to stake, so you could just get that much. Tho to be fair, theres an inherent risk with this stuff in entirely, so maybe dont go all in if you're at all worried.

These shit coins noone have heard of could be gone in a matter of months. It happened to so many coins in 2017, I say stick with ETH most people are bullish on it, grayscale is in investing in it, and its been around for a while/has name recognition. Dont waste your savings on gambles like these two dumpcoins.

i would tend to agree, the safe bet is eth and btc, but the gains are gonna be orders of magnitude lower

Or you can deposit stable coin on blockfi and get 8.6% so stop trying up be so cool because your idea sucks too faggot

This is implying the other shit coins have any gains at all. Id rather take gains that are more likely to occur than literally gamble with my money. I don't over extend on my positions. And if I do buy into a shitcoin, i'll only ever throw in like 100$.

I would just keep your money in the savings account. ETH already doubled in the last month. It's due to take another shit any day now and you want to buy the top

Agreed, i feel like if efferium fails, then all of blockchain fails.

If Bitcoin fails then crypto fails. If eth fails it will cause some damage but it won't kill crypto completely

>> No.18707512

Bitcoin has no utility though, it's just the name. Ethereum is an actual smartcontract platform with and the project most likely to have actual real world use case. If blockchain can't deliver real world applications then what's the point.

Why? The market will be down at first but any coin with actual value will rise at the top

use BlockFi for even more gainz

This seems too good to be true. Wouldn't 8.6% be more than what you get from staking ethereum? Why would anyone risk their ethereum staking?

I do not currently have a position in it. I would buy and trade it on the dump that I'm expecting to happen. Either way, I definitely would not hold it through the launch of 2.0, I've learned that lesson the hard way more than once things always dump on launch
