Bitcoin will likely decline over time, but potentially reserve a place in the impending crypto paradigm ushered in by ethereum. Yea, ether is ganna stick. Will it be Facebook? Idk, but what I do know is, I don't have enough ether to be a real astronaut, just enough for an awesome return down the line (potentially huge depending on how impactful ether is).

So clearly, I, like many of you, are looking for the next pony express to Lambo land. /biz/ was right about ethereum, and we either did not listen, or did not listen soon enough for it to be substantial.

What is next /biz/? Seriously, what technology, what development squad is next in line to carry us to a mil? Who deserves our faith and hard earned gambling money?

Today, we free ourselves from the shackles of monotony.

BTC is ancient world
ETH is new world, but in 2018 it'll be old world
Milocoin will be the new new world

I'm putting 480 on milo when it comes in Monday.

However, milo is not going to make me rich. Could 160k milos make me 50 grand potentially? If I'm smart and time it right I might make my first killing. Who knows wtf milo will do.

What I'm talking about is, wtf is the next storm to ride out that is ganna pay off in millions? What project am I ganna stuff a couple hundred a month into for the next six months - year and accumulate thousands of coins of that will reach over $100usd?

I'm mining Burst.

It's HDD mineable - so why in the fuck not. Lots of poorfags will mine this coin because it's easier to buy a 5TB drive than to buy/build a GPU rig or ASIC.

It's had a couple of insignificant pumps, currently sitting at around 100 sats but will settle back down to 80 - 90, and seems to be on a slow climb toward relevance.

It's got an interesting little communities surrounding it. They've got assets and casinos and crowdfunding and whatnot. Burst Nation is the most active community/forum.

It's pretty profitable to mine if you're already running your computer a lot, since it barely uses CPU, so you won't see a relative spike in your power bill. I just leave the miner open in the background and barely notice a drain on system resources - although the miner is most efficient when nothing else is happening on the comp while you sleep. It's basically fucking free sats if you have the HD space laying around, but "breaking even" on buying a drive isn't feasible at this time so buying drives to mine it is a gamble on the coins future.

how much do you mine on an average 24 hour cycle?

sure it probably isnt enough to warrant a new SSD purchase for $500 but i need to upgrade anyways, making mining not the primary reason for the upgrade

(also free electricity)

I do agree that Milocoin will give a lot of profit, but it is far away to become the new bitcoin.

Ethereum is the best candidate for this, because it can be used for a ton of things.
Monero is the best if you work with illegal stuff.
Ripple allow banks to work faster.

Those who does not have Milo, Monero, Ripple and Ethereum will not make 300% profit in the next month.

Monero is already in competition, albeit leading with z cash, and zksnarks is going to eat them both alive on the ethereum backbone.

However, I've been reading people say it should give great short term gains, so I might put some in.

I suppose I'm most interested in the dapps right now. Investing properly in the right one could yield exactly what my OP was about.

Ship has already sailed for those who will profit from its returns as far as I know. Supremely doubt from what I've read that it is going to be at the forefront of anything for very long. If it does, then the crypto communities as a whole have failed to enlighten.

Dapps will be the Internet startups forming on the ethereum blockchain. Grabbing tokens is like grabbing stock

It depends on your TB capacity and the pool you're on - I'm currently upgrading my rig but I expect it to pull in 500+ per day once I get the drives plotted and the plots optimized. Capacity dedicated to mining = more coins.

Also there's no benefit to using a SSD over a HDD so if you are going to buy a drive just get a relatively reliable HDD

seems like it has promise competing with DASH once it inevitably crashes. However, I'd still need to gamble a ton that that projection will come to fruition. It is pretty cheap rn...but I could make about the same on Milo Coin within the year than I could with pivx waiting for it to ever hit $20.

Better chance milo hits .35c than pivx hits $20?

Still, a $20 coin is not the next Ethereum. DGD seems like it could fucking rocket. Ganna look into Golem and Melon today.
