Is now a good time to invest in South Korea? The variable has always been North Korea ratcheting up tension but I imagine they will be busy with internal politics over the coming year and, if Jong-un never recovers, it might be a time that they feel secure with the nuclear deterrent.

I'd planned to invest in Taiwanese semi-conductor tech but it might be worth changing my focus to a society whose biggest threat comes from chaos cultists.
