When my friend first bought Bitcoin at $10 the only way he could do it was buying Second Life tokens and exchanging that for BTC. When it's user unfriendly that's when it's cheap.
In 5 years time nobody is going to be consciously buying tokens to use these products. They will just use the product, and all the value add will happen automatically on the backend. Think 5 years ahead if you want to make it.

If you are just viewing [biz] through the /biz/ board, you don't see the green posts, the posts with letters in their ids, or anything numberless. Together, those make up about 40-70 percent of [biz], depending on the day. So conversation will appear disjointed and spastic, because you won't be getting the full picture.
