It's actually pretty good.

There's also a lock in the bean hopper so when you unlock the hopper to pull it out, it'll lock in any beans and you can just pull out a hopper full of beans without worrying about how you'll get them out

>there's a built-in handle in the water tank to pull it out

The grinder is also really easy to use. Just put the portafilter in and it'll press a button which grinds the beans into it until either it stops (based on the quantity knob) or you press it again.

It's babby's first espresso machine. It is the cheapest real espresso machine you can find. It's not a good one particularly. Avoid all the other brevilles completely though. Also this particular model breaks real fast (2 years of 1 coffee a day average and it'll decide at random if it wants to pour you an espresso, 2 drops of water, or flood your entire house with unending coffee water), though it can be operated manually for the most part so it's not so bad.
