Get a bruxism mouth guard that has a little riser in the middle// I do the same shit because I’m a 911 call taker and it is so bad it’s made me a little deaf in my right ear from my Eustachian tube spasming

I had the same shit, like >>18644102 says, get a mouth guard. I got a fancy 3d scanned one a few months back, it's great and all the pain is gone. You can make lifestyle changes (quit alcohol/coffee, meditate, get a regular sleep schedule) but a mouth guard is the sure way.
Where are you that dentists are closed?

Shit mate, that sucks. Then I recommend you to at least make those lifestyle changes (add exercise too), since they decrease your stress levels.

t. fellow toothgrinder

For right now get a $30-40 mouth guard from the pharmacy, Walmart or Amazon. It'll get you by. If you want something you barely notice when it's in you could probably look into a vacuum molded plastic one made with a putty cast impression of your teeth. I wear Essex material clear retainers to keep my teeth straight and they protect my teeth from grinding as well. Same companies that make these can sell you a custom fitted mouthguard. If you can take the impression yourself it's much much cheaper than having a dentist or ortho do it for you. I used a company called sportingsmiles, $130 for an upper and lower retainer set. They last years of nightly wear
