the current way payments are made across industries and banks is so fucking archaic and convoluted you would be surprised how it even fucking functions.

It's like having a 1970s style computer in the mainframe powering a nasa operation or some shit.

ISO20022 will make a new standard and increase its bandwidths and functionality in line with modern and future needs.

thats where LINK comes in too.

So, just to see if I get this straight. ISO20022 is just a standardized model of financial messages, but the perk is that it allows for more complex models of data, which includes smart contracts, and that's where Link comes in?
I'm way out of my depth here
