Go long various fire departments and firefighting-related activities as many a vengeful neighborhood now becomes even more volatile with the introduction of another flammable material. There's probably plenty of warehouses out there that aren't up to code.

I'm unironically wondering how you'd go about buying free oil as a private investor with some storage space to spare.

I mean, what would you need to have in place to make this project profitable in a few months?

absurdly cheap hazmat transportation and the virus to shut down within a few months

It’s not worth it. Even if oil went to $100/barrel, you would still need 100 barrels to make $10000 on your investment.

So if we keep the more realistic $60/barrel, if I have useless space to store 100 barrels, I can make 6k. Sounds a lot better than 0, because good luck finding other uses for real estate during the lockdown.

The biggest problem I think would be the transport cost >>18615799 mentions.
