Look into the preforeclosures and try to snag a short sale from a bank then flip it back on the market. You'll have competition and there's tons of fee's involved but if you do your home work and with a little luck, you'll be able to make a pile.

Ask to borrow someone house with the promise to return it in a year. Sell the house immediately and then repurchase it before the year is over.

Alternatively short the banks, particularly those heavy on mortgage lending and wait for the cascade effect. I'd wait until the dumbasses prematurely reopen the economy to do this one.

lmao literally everyone I have been dealing with when Ive been making lowball offers

>>18607617
ill look into that but I want to do something like the big short

>>18607643
so then my only option is to short the bank lenders? I dont think they will go under like 2008 because of the regulations. I just know the house prices will dip and I want to catch the dip without actually buying a real house
