The only technology that have been proven to be decentralized are BTC/cryptos and Bittorrent.

Both those do not require KYC and are pseudo-anonymous.

Whereas Chainlink is centralized (as confirmed by Vitalik) and also confirmed by the fact that it's not sybil resistant and requires KYC to be secure.
