Binance offers the best liquity and very low fees (esp with BNB in portfolio), it works well rebalancing at about 5% threshhold. However it doesn't have the widest coin selection. Something like Bittrex has more coins (more risk/reward ones too) but the liquidity is a bit lower and the fees are higher. Those type of exchanges work better rebalancing around 20% threshold.
