How do I politely refuse a job interview?

I just graduated last semester and I'm in the process of finding a job. I applied to several places, got a couple of interviews and one of them turned out successful so I received an offer. Yes, I got a job during the pandemic (EU country). I'm ready to accept the offer but in the meantime another company to whom I had applied finally decided to contact me to try to set up an interview.

The thing is that I'm not interested in that company any more since I'm ready to accept the offer from the other company. How do I politely say that I don't want to be interviewed by them? I'm too autistic and shy. I have no idea how to say no. Do I say that I'm not interested? Do I say that I already found another job? I don't want to simply ignore the e-mail since I think that's an incredibly stupid thing to do unless the company treated you badly.
