Given that there's a huge market for e-thots, if you could create a fake ethot (for legal reasons, as a work of art), and sell it to these fucking retards you could make bank. GAN's can make convincing images, chatbots are getting pretty good, and there are now pretty widely available AI based text to speech solutions to use. The future is now dude.
I'd have to explore the legal complications first though.

I have no idea how onlyfans works, so I'd have to figure that out first. GAN's could probably make good enough images, but idk about videos. chattbots, with some manual intervention on occasion, I think would be good enough too.

There are other similar videos e.g. the face of arnold schwarzenegger on another guy. But actual generated body movements are still beyond what's possible nowadays I think.
But you could use a 9/10 body of a twitch streamer with an ugly face (therefore not popular) and put a generated 10/10 face on it.
If you make it intelligently you could even interact with the chat with a chatbot, but when responding to the chat, the person moves over such that its face is not visible.

you could develop a system analogous to a soundboard. With an automated smoothing between actions. E.g. you tap "lean over to answer chats" and after you're done, the person goes back infront of the screen and basically the one prerecorded twitch stream of a hot sloot with a generated face runs again.
