As a belgian:
This figure is scewed because we also count all "probably dead by corona" cases like in elderly care homes. Which is like 2/3'd of the death toll atm. If you compare how we are doing healthcare load-wise (only 50% capacity reached) versus the amerimutt way (patients stockpiled up in the hallways), not even mentioning that they will have a 50k bill sent to them for sitting in that hallways, we are doing amazing.
