Ex-heroin and meth addict here, been sober almost nine years. Try AA or NA depending on where you live. One will likely have a lot of people with 20+ years sobriety and the other will not, go for the better one it’s all the same shit anyway. Get a sponsor and do what they tell you. If you’re not willing to do that at least try to stop drinking and doing any other drugs, they just make you want to shoot meth worse. Other than that just do your best, it will get better it just might take a while, possibly years.
