You trade off trends as a fundamentals investor, People think we switch to electric so they buy tesla. People think renewables, high end office real estate, developing and first world utilities, and equity in companies looks promising, you buy. Especially if the stock has been beaten down, my basic thesis with BAM. Plus I love their CEO.

NEE is another renewables play with huge safety, they own FPL, Florida's government utility.

TDY (and NEE) needs to dip more for a good entry, but TDY has great pricing power(unlike oil) because they manufacture quality niche products, a knack for buying and integrating companies, and buy back shares. P/E is high but lot's are.

I think the demand for their products will increase and their market valuations are too low. Basically value investing with an emphasis on growth.
