Well the thing about marketing is that you can easily start a company yourself.

You'll get paid a shit salary 40-50K max starting out, and will be doing busy work instead of actual marketing.

So for marketing, I would say don't go to college. Pick up some books on sales/marketing, learn some scripting/programming, and start doing trying to make money online.

It's going to be really hard to find your place though. The truth about marketing is that a small percentage of people make 90% of the money. It's extremely competitive.

I graduated in finance and learned marketing myself. Specifically Affiliate marketing. Took time after work for half a year in 2014 to learn basic coding and scripts. It's tough, but let me tell you this, I was in the hole 5k when i started learning, now im doing over 30-40k/month in profit (yes, that'sover 350k/year). Work hard and never give up, network with as many people as you can and learn as much as you can. If you really want to get into marketing, get the book cashvertising, that is like the bible for marketing. Good luck in your journey.

Best way to start a business is not through college
Maybe computer science is worth it, but you should have income for your starting capital, so having a sideline and a nice budget, including cheap but nutritious food(go to /ck/ so you don't turn into a malnourished NEET
