not exactly "nothing"
keep hearing good news about pharmaceuticals, possible blood thinner saving lives by preventing clotting in the lungs or something, trump starting to pimp other drugs (just mentioned regeneron!!!) ANOTHER vaccine entering trials

Stanford got a new test to identify who already had the virus and beat it, so should have some level of immunity.

ALSO, looks like the social recluse thing seems to be working, I've mastered it.

Now we can delay the next surge by the time it gets here, should have enough ventilators and experimental pharmaceuticals and PPE to not be caught with our pants down.

OH and the fed it adding additional QE stuff, buying loans from the banks, incentivizing the banks to prop up small businesses since, if the debt becomes toxic, it's not on their balance sheets.

there are tons of setups that work, what you have to understand is that the most important thing isn't the setup but how you manage your risk. even the highest probability perfect ideal setup can fail, and what matters is not 1 trade but 100 trades of 10,000 trades.

also this videos is one of the most straightforward explanations of a solid high probability setup i've ever seen. he also has a different setup that he trades live and records and then does commentary on in a video afterwards, you can watch those if you want to see what scalping looks like in real time.

Ok I'm playing with powers I don't understand. I'm looking at a profit/loss calculator for writing covered calls. What is the dark blue graph line telling me; does it mean that I'm only *potentially* missing out on profit because I could otherwise sell the stock at that price since I sold a call I can't, or does it mean that I *literally* get that money taken out of my account?

Dude who the fuck knows. We aren't at peak and there's undoubtedly a shitshow on the precipice of manifestation the likes which we've never before seen. This rally is entirely contrary to what should've been occurring. It's bad news all across the board. Fundamentals are getting shit on, small businesses are getting shit on, consumer spending is going to be slashed, defaults are liable to be off the fucking rails, money printer going BRRRRRRRRR and the fed starting to buy assets and financial products alongside 2tn stimulus. Oil is in steep decline and demand went off a cliff and will remain there for the foreseeable future. Corporations are going to be getting downgraded, hard. Oh and in all of this there's a domino effect of supply chain disruption.

I'm going to tell you a secret, anon. And I want you to remember this for every thing you ever see on the internet in the future:

You don't actually have to buy anything. Ever. I never paid a cent for my financial education. You can access all of the information you need for free. Those youtube videos on his channel are all free. LiveTraders are also great, they also sell stuff. All of their videos, and even one of their textbooks? All free. JUST TAKE THE FREE STUFF AND DONT PAY ANYONE SHIT IT'S NOT THAT HARD. Better yet, on top of that, it's extremely easy these days to test strategies out in trading platforms. It's also extremely easy to get a free paper trading/demo account where you can trade for real but with fake money. You can see for yourself if something works out over a large sample size of trades, or if it doesn't, first hand. Get it?

What I mean is: don't attack someone for selling shit, because they offer tons of free stuff which is good enough on its own. Instead attack the actual strategies if you think they're garbage. I'm far more interested in what people think of trading strategies and the theory behind them than "HE SELL STUFF ERGO HE BAD AND EVERYTHING HE SAY WRONG", that doesn't help anyone. Literally just don't pay for anything. If someone won't tell you shit without you paying, go somewhere else. The internet is a miracle, all it requires is your time to be invested.

Normally they feed on trash which is easy picking. Now they have no trash. So they will have to look harder. No one is in the restaurants right now, if one gets in, it's game over. Sure the restaurants have traps and poison, but that's for the occasional rat that slips in. Not enough to handle literally all of NYC's street rats desperate for food. This is what people don't get about my rat king play. rats are smart little fuckers. When they get hungry, they get brazen. There was no need for them to really even look for a way into restaurants. Why do that why every night is free curb side pickup? These little guys will be SCOURING the city for food. Any place that had even a minor rodent problem pre-covid in the city, is going to straight up be eaten the fuck out.

I didn't even bash him for selling courses, kek'd. The fact that he makes around $10k a month (given that he only sell ~4 courses a month) and still got his 9-5 job rather than putting that time to do other shit is weird. My friend started making a solid $200-250 profit a day from day trading a while back and he quit his job instantly because he knew he needed more time to focus on trading and learning than having to stress about working 8 hours a day, leaving your home, taking the car, bus or whatever every day, etc etc. He might like his job a lot, but if he has actually nets $450 a day from trading for a decent period of time then all I'm saying is that it's weird.
Waking up every morning a few hours before you have to leave for work and panic about doing a few trades before leaving is extremely stressful and it will tear you down mentally

50% of income tax rate, but it only applies to canadian-traded stuff. Marginal is around 40% (depending on province) starting if your total income is about 90k cad (~ 60k USD), so if you make 90k cad and get 10k as capital gain, you pay a bit over 2k in taxes on that. However, for the same (cad-translated) amounts in US stocks, you'll be paying the whole >4k in taxes on that.
