They plan to exterminate 7.5 billions "useless eaters" very soon, so this wont be an issue. They just needed us to put in place the infrastructure, once it's done most of us are of no value for (((them))).
But the most important part of their plan is to eliminate us without destroying their precious infrastructure and distribution network, forcing them to use 'non destructive' weapons, ie either bioweapons or mass sterilization.
I think they'll opt for the later, it's less of a problem since they can poison us without us even noticing it.
