boss? what is going on with the tax returns?

mind you, never seen a w2, never even seen a pay stub to see whats getting taken out.. nothing.. almost 1 year in..

boss says..
"I have your tax returns, they are in my business account."


my boss has been holding his employees state and fed tax returns in his business account for months now..

no wonder we never got a direct deposit or check..

i ask him about it again today..

he says "i am holding them hostage."

Is he even sending the IRS money. Did he even file your w4? Does the IRS even know that you are employed with him?
I'm almost positive he's dodging payroll taxes.
And if you turn in a tax cheat, I'm pretty sure the IRS gives you a nice cut of what they collect.
Honestly, I'd call the IRS at the next opportunity. Or check the website about how to report tax fraud.
Then pressure the guy for the money. DON'T tell him or anyone else you're trying to turn him in. Just get your money from him.
