I had found the project that fits all of this criteria (additional details include 1). it passed the howey test and is not a security. 2) it has a burn mechanism that is required for the system to function meaning supply by 2024 could be as low as just 4,000,000 tokens or even less. 3) its primed for mass adoption and 99% of users of this blockchain project will not know anything about the tech or blockchain that is behind it i.e many people will use this in day to day life......
