You all have seen the "renters rise up" slide threads posted here (and other boards) for the past weeks. I've seen this on normiebook and other places as well. I think I figured it out.

>put the homes on sale
>suddenly you have a huge supply of real estate on the market
>prices dump
>the former landlords just got wrecked by the banks and can't buy them back
>the renters can't buy them either cause they are renters
>kikes buy all the real estate at an all time low
>ride the wave up in the next bullrun and sell at the top to the former landlords who recovered financially by now
>repeat the same "renters rise up" in the next crisis

It's literally buying low and selling high, but in this case they are trying to push the low lower with propaganda.

No idea where you heard that, rent is classed as ability to save in the eyes of the bank. If you can afford to pay rent for a sustained period that means you could pay a mortgage consistently. Not paying rent will break that good behavior pattern, not being a renter in itself.
