On the off chance your serious, im going to write out a serious response. even though im not hodler, its a comeback example.

I started learning how to trade crypto around december, did some simulation trading for a month then got into real trades. Pretty soon i turned 4.8k to 10k,literally doubled my money, then a scam wick on btc fucked me over since i was overleveraged, only had 1k left in my trading account. Soon after i grew this 1k to 6k again through trading, cashed out a couple of gains but mostly kept it all in the account, then over a course of march i slowly lost 3k, and quickly put what i cashed out back from cash into coinbase to binance. At this point, so this monday, i had 1.6k left in my account, just this morning i grew it to 2k over the course of the week and i just got fucked over being short on this recent pump, so now i am at 800$. Far from my 4.8k starting point now.
Heres the thing though, you can see how my account fluctuates as a trader, and through it all, especially that first 9k loss, ive gotten drunk, cried, got depressed for that week, was suicidal, and just felt despair, but ive made a comback almost 3 times now and now at 800$ im not even worried. imo possible to comeback, even at my lowest ive ever been, which is right now, i still believe, it just takes time. If i could go back id tell myself to not cry over 9k, which is nothing compared to your 100k but still, and that with hard work, time, and patience, as well as following my strategy, sticking to stop losses, and having proper risk management, everything will be okay in the end. Im not dealing with as much money as you and since im a trader i didnt get rekt during the corona crash, but maybe you can learn something from my comeback couple comebacks. I wish you the best, and i know its hard, but try to keep your head up, everything will be okay in the end, and hey, if its not, you can always just join the military and fight for zog if it all goes wrong.
